???? Love to eat here. I always order B6...just right, not too spicy. The flavor is awesome.
I was disappointed they offer celery or mushrooms for the stir fry. They have celery most of the time.

Every Friday a group of us from work picks a random restaurant in the area to eat lunch at. Bali-Hai has been good enough where we have gone there twice so far. I had the combo sauce with 2 bowls the first time with a spicy rating of 9, however the combo sauce is not spicy so any number you pick will produce the same taste. The second time I had the curry sauce mixed with the combo sauce with a spicy rating of 10. Not the most intense heat.
The food's always good, the price is decent. Just be sure to load up your bowls as much as possible.

This is a large establishment. In the back dining area there seems to be hibachi grills though I'm not certain as I haven't had the time yet to try that.

In the front and center is simple table seating and a large dual sided bar to pick uncooked food items from. This is to make your bowl. Fill your bowl or bowls to the brim with items you desire to be cooked on the large circular grill.

While there is a small wall to see the grilling in action, unfortunately, it doesn't seem that anyone actually bothers to witness or engage with this section unlike other venues of Mongolian grill.

You can't add your own sauce to your bowl, unfortunately. You have to state that when initially ordering. You can specify spice level at the same time of ordering 0-10. Though, I've witnessed firsthand someone order spicy level 20 and they get exactly that - a very red-hot plate of hot food.
