Wingz American Grill

I tried to call to place my take out order but no one answered. Once me and my two kids arrived we proceeded to the bar area/take out to place my order. The signs clearly directed us there, but the lady behind the bar said I had to go down there cause no kids are allowed in the bar area. I assumed down there was the hostess stand where no one was when we came in or when I went back to the front. Now unless all the patrons are without kids this "rule" may want to be revisited.
We waited about 3-5 minutes and a woman took my order. We did sneak to the bathroom through the bar area afterwards. The soap and paper towel dispensers dont work. And the bar area floors were very sticky.
It was probably about 20 minutes to get our food after the order was taken. The server was apologetic about the wait. Food was very hot and tasty however. Ordered the sweet and tangy wings with fries. Note: image is me having to put them in the oven after another stop, but still good.
I guess next time I have to leave my kids at home or in the car which isnt going to happen so it may be awhile before the next visit.

Ordered takeout and received really good service! The lady at the front (wish I got her name) took my order then preceded to give me a drink because it was hot outside, even though I declined. I'm glad I got the drink which was lemonade, cause it was AMAZING. Upon leaving she gave me a refill on the drink and gave me another to take home to my husband cause I told him how good it was! Got home, ate my wings and they were great. I got sweet and tangy and my husband got lemon pepper and plain. All 3 were delicious. Will def be going back and recommend. Good food and customer service

Update: New management and changes...the vibe isn't the same.

Karaoke was so much fun! I ordered lemon pepper wings.... excellent, and the drinks were strong!
