Yemen Kitchen - المطبخ اليمني

First time eating Yemeni cuisine, it was delicious and good portion sizes. They even gave us free soup with our meal. Staff was very friendly and happy to explain the dishes. Great experience! We will definitely be back!

If you are looking for a real Arab gulf’s cuisine then that’s the right place. I have been to almost all middle eastern restaurants here in Raleigh & frankly I can say Yemen Kitchen tops them all. A great delicious food, great service and hospitality. I strongly recommend visiting this restaurant and I personally go there at least once a week since they open.

I just ordered the sambousa. It was delicious. Flaky in the outside moist in the inside. I’m going back after work to get some to bring home. I can’t wait for my husband and I to go have a full meal. I’m telling everyone.

Food was very good. Some items on the menu were not available at the time. Service was a bit slow but understandable since it was busy. Kind staff. Good environment. Fair prices.

Global foodies, make sure you bring a friend with you to this new spot and venture around the menu. The mint lemonade was tasty but I wasn't expecting it as a frozen drink. The offer of complimentary hot tea at the end of the meal was so nice. Larger entrees were $12-19 but we had so much on our table at lunch that ordering more wasn't necessary. My dining mate said that the complimentary lamb broth served was very flavorful.
