Prime Barbecue

Best brisket around. And the owner(s) are fabulous; love that they care about veterans and do so much for us and our families. But back to the food. The only time I don't get the brisket is when I get the country fried steak which is to die for! Great white gravy and two scoops of mashed potatoes - LOVE IT! Went there last night for dinner but they were sold out at 4:00pm!! Dang all. Staff is wonderful - very polite and greet you smiling which is great! They must enjoy working there!!

The best turkey I have ever eaten. The turkey was full of flavor and very succulent. I was given a small container of sauce but I didn't need it because the turkey was good all by itself.

Prime Barbecue is a wonderful addition to Knightdale and it was definitely worth the wait! We have ordered at least 3 times since the doors opened- every time it has been absolutely delicious! The smoked meats are the best in the area and the brisket is out of this world. My husband and I have been to the best of the best in Austin and I would say this is right on par with these long established restaurants. You can’t go wrong with the sides either- the beans are my personal favorite. Looking forward to trying the desserts and lots of dinners with family and friends in this beautiful restaurant.

What a find! Amazing barbecue - we tried the brisket and pulled pork. Beautiful location (at least from the outside) - look forward to seeing the inside when things continue to open up. Thanks for offering outdoor take-out at this time.

The BBQ is nothing short of incredible. The Mac and Cheese - Cheese not so much. Don't let it deter you. The baked beans are wonderful, The potato - bloody incredible. The cobbler - Incredibly candied. This isn't a chain restaurant, so it is more expensive - But hands down - The best BBQ in Raleigh. I highly recommend it, and can't wait until they let you sit down inside!!!

Wow is all I can say! You haven’t had bbq until you’ve tried Prime. These guys are absolute pros with service to match. Food is a cut above - this is NOT your typical bbq shack. Run, don’t walk.
