ordered the Chesapeake Benedict with home fries & fruit. The crab cake had excellent flavor and the egg was poached hard which I like. The hollandaise sauce was a little lacking in consistency and flavor but the crab cake more than made up for that. They had sliced fruit which was a nice change Watermelon/ orange/ honeydew and pineapple which was a nice combo.
Great food-great service! Worth the wait every time! A go-to breakfast stop for my parents when they pass through town! Yum!
Brigs is awesome! The food is portioned just right, prices are just right, and customer service is outstanding! We were in both places located in Cary this weekend, and our server BOTH TIMES was Kristen. She was very friendly, loves to laugh, and you can so tell that she really enjoys her job. I look forward making this restaurant one of my regulars. Oh and be sure you understand when you order pancakes, they are really "PAN"cakes. They are the size of a small pan!!! NICE!!
I can see why it's so popular. Great food, generous servings, and wonderful staff. I was out there door for about $20 before tip for a meal for two. The circular design of the parking lot made things slightly weird, but it can see why it's designed the way it is. I'll be coming back for sure. Great place to bring friends who might be visiting, close to many other local attractions.
