Cary Crab House

The food was delicious. Customer service was not the greatest I've ever had, but it was fine. I was there Monday evening. It was not too busy that day, but this place is popular. It's not a cheap place, but it's worth the price. And for the those who had never been to such place before, for those who orders seafood you will have it served in plastic bag. You will have 2 wipes for hands and face. I used one before and one after, a plate, a fork, bucket to dispose of trash. Inside bucket there will be plastic gloves and a bib to keep you cleaner. It's a different experience for some, but it's great for a date night! Their walls are covered in hand written customer love notes.

Food was good but very pricey... I've actually eaten at an all you can eat Seafood restaurant for $35-$40 per person unlimited varieties of Crab Legs amongst other things.

Seating system can be a lot better because we lost our table...it was given up to another family after we were told we would have a 45 min to an hour wait... It was given up in about 30 min while we walked down to the department store 10 doors away... SMH ????.

This is the best crab house/restaurant that I have ever been too. The staff members are so nice, helpful and professional. The quality of food was/is AWESOME. I plan to eat here over and over again and to tell everyone I know to come here to eat.

Limited menu. Had the combo shrimp (w/ head) and crab legs in original cajun sauce at medium spicy. Taste was on point. Flavorful and rich. 4 stars primarily because of quantity. For $35, only got 1 crab's worth (total of about 8 legs - blue crab size) and about a dozen shrimp. Not bad if $10 cheaper. If you can't handle shrimp head, they charge $4 more for combo without them. Also, no clam chowder? Waitress was very kind and always wore a smile.

The wait can be long. Best to check in prior to going if you plan to go during busy times. There is good reason for the wait though, because the food is amazing. This is some of the best seafood you will find in this area.
