    Usually the case is as below with other lower starred reviews. Today was different.

    Jamal - homie you take your time, don't rush making the sandwich. When I normally come in the people are rude. You were different, and customers notice and appreciate that.

    Owner - Make sure Jamal knows he is appreciated for doing his work well, not fast. Keep someone like this on the growth path so they feel commended for their work.

    Also - food was fresh. Only ding was that they ran out of pickles and Jamal said they didn't have more. ---I know that prolly wasn't true.
