Golden Corral Buffet & Grill

For a buffet place, there was a surprising level of professionalism, attention to detail, and pride for their staff. The servers were very attentive to our needs, which made corralling the little ones much easier to accomplish. Great deal and this location was splendid.

The food was good, and our server was attentive. First impressions were not as good... the employees were taking their smoke break outside the main entrance... several of the potted plants were dead... it was our first time in a Golden Corral where you get your own beverages, and there were no employees to greet or give directions. We had to stand by the register several minutes before anyone came to take our order. Maybe they were having an off day due to the holiday.

Today me and my husband were there. Service was good. Foods were excellent. There are varieties of ribs. Steaks also you can take based on your choice like fairly cooked. Different types of cakes brownies. Ice creams ,cokes,puddings were there.huge amount of green veggies , salads, fruits available.atmosphere was slightly crowded.The restaurant has lots of food varieties. Hope to go there again. We went there for dinner.dinner buffet price 16 dollar per person.

Okay, I've been to just about every Golden Corral in every city I've ever been to or lived at. I used to live in Raleigh but had never been to this particular Golden Corral in Garner. Let me tell you I've never seen chicken and pastry ( they called it chicken & dumplings ) on any of their buffet's before. They had it here! They had fried oysters! Okay so I don't eat oysters of any kind but really? Never seen it before at any other Golden Corral! The staff went out of their way to be nice! These other Golden Corral's better step their game up!

Excellent! Exceptional customer service! The food was delicious. Wide variety of things to eat or sample. I had the steak and it was grilled to perfection. When ordering the steak there was a new person in training. The person that was working with him was so kind and gentle while training him, never missing a beat in how to prepare the meat properly. It was a very nice experience and I will go again. I must add this was a Sunday about noon and it was getting filled quickly but the staff handled getting the people in, seated, clearing tables of the plates used and refilling and keeping the food stations replenished magnificently. Great crew, great service, great food!
