Applebee's Grill + Bar

The mgr Alex was great in making my meal right. But first my meal came out dry then the plate that came out had a hair in it. Also my friends ribs were cold. We felt rushed and it was not even busy. Like I said the manager made it right but it was still disappointing experience.

Excellent service by Aaron and Alex, the manager! I had ordered the Bourbon Street steak (a little pricey, but one of my favorite entrees there), and when I let my server, Aaron, (who was exceptionally personable) know that it was not quite cooked as I had ordered, he promptly let the manager, Alex know. Alex came over, introduced himself and also asked my name. He was great. He apologized and said they wanted to make it right, and in a timely manner, I was greeted with a steak that was perfectly cooked. I will definitely return to this location, as customer service is very important to me . This Applebee's nailed it.

Great service. We order the $25 meals. His meal was very good. He ate it all. My food wasn't as pleasant. Management was very good they made sure that I was okay and immediately order me another meal. I got whatever I wanted.
I decide to take it home. The waitress was very nice she took care of us. No other complaints. The food that I took home was very delicious thanks again Applebee's
