Love me some coffee and donuts. The breakfast items can sometimes be a little meh though

I went to this location before class on 2/1/2019 and got a medium coffee with flavor and cream. Having rushed to class, I did not realize until I got there that the coffee was made wrong. I went back today with my receipt I told the young lady about the experience and made it clear I was not looking for a hand-out and wanted to order another coffee. But, as a consumer I felt the mistake should be known so they could better serve the community. She made me a large coffee for free and made sure the flavor and additions were correct this time. The mistake was made by them, but I should have checked before leaving the drive-thru. Buyer be aware: People make mistakes, but they will correct the mistake if you just give them opportunity! Check your order before leaving so they can, which will save you frustration and save them from negative reviews. Thank you to the young lady for her professionalism.

The Saturday morning shift lead Jacob (always wearing a Friend's sweatshirt) is always so nice! He always apologies for any wait in getting my drink and is always very personable and polite.

I would love to give an awesome review of Dunkin Donuts. I just can't. This store is WAY TO INCONSISTENT. The donuts are fine. If you like DD just for donuts this is a 5 star review for that. Customer service 4.5 stars. Coffee 2 stars ESPECIALLY THE ICED COFFEE. Sometimes it is good mostly it is watery or bitter as hell.
