Firehouse Subs

Save my Firehouse! I have been to this location 4 times because I love Firehouse Subs and they are delicious. The staff is just so slow and poorly trained right now. I have waited 15-25 minutes the last 3 times and there were mistakes with my order every time. The last time a guy took a box outside while people were waiting, seemingly for no reason (to vape?). This time, I ordered takeout to avoid the painful wait. That worked, but I should have checked the order because I got home and it was also wrong.

Update: Increase to 3 stars. Ordered, went to another place, came back, almost done. 6 minutes. I thought wow, better. But how’s it take that long? The guy hands it to me and points out he had to make it again because he put tomatoes on the first try for the salad. They are checking and improving. I’m still a big fan.

They have very good sandwiches. Service is very good also. They're friendly and helpful. They pack to-go orders really nicely, but have lots of space inside if you eat-in. I'd recommend trying them if you haven't.

We ordered 2 sandwich platters for an office lunch and were very pleased with the service. The order was confirmed not once but twice via phone call. Great customer service! We will be back!
