    Online Ordering messed up my order, not only did they make it right and refund the money but they gave me a free smoothie for the trouble! Hard to find good customer service like that!

    Forget Tropical Smoothie! This is my new favorite smoothie place! The staff are friendly and want you to enjoy your order, if not they will make it right. I highly recommend the Pineapple Tropi-Kale just be advised that a medium size is actually more like a large.

    I’ve gone to Planet Smoothie for a long time so I was happy to see one in Wake Forest. I gave them a try a few weeks ago and was overcharged due to a computer glitch. The employee couldn’t fix it so dropped a note to Planet Fitness and was amazed to see the email routed to the owner and I received a response the same day. The owner apologized and offered me a free smoothie for my trouble. I went in and got my free smoothie yesterday and met one of the owners. The owners are a local WF family and the family primarily runs the store. The owner was super nice and gave me some coupons for next time. Great local service from a local family. The smoothie was great too!
