Jersey Mike's Subs

Staff needs to work on customer service. We entered the store to get subs. No one else in line, we went to order sign and waited. Associate was cleaning counter, did not acknowledge us until we said something. We placed our order, associate putting condiments on didn't understand what I wanted when I said I wanted everything except tomatoes and mayo. Only got lettuce, onion, oil and vinegar. Didn't watch because I was trying to pay but was charged to much for my order. All around unpleasant experience. Gave 3 stars because the subs were good. Will think twice about going to this location again.

Fresh and new. Better than most

The sub in a tub was very good although the gal fixing the subs had trouble hearing my requests & didn't add the tomatoes. Not a biggie. My husband got a turkey & provolone wrap which he said was very good as well. Again, trouble getting all his requests on his wrap. I wasn't given a choice as to what I wanted as a dressing & got a healthy splat of mayonnaise when I'd rather have oil & vinegar. But all in all it was a good visit & the food was quite good.

Owner of location is great and staff is good. It was extremely busy today because of holiday . Onions on my sandwich again which I have stomach issues with. We asked 3 times not to have. Normally this is never and issue however when busy always happens. Not sure if they just can't keep requests because busy or just cannot hear. They need a system like Starbucks with label on them so this can't happen when busy. Or just write down. Love this place and keep coming back just get disappointed and frustrated when get home and food isn't right. I then have to give sandwich away and eat peanut butter and jelly..????????
