    Good food but the service was slow and confusing and the workers all acted like they were borderline zombies. The music playing while we sat and ate reminded us of sitting in some kind of strange Murder movie TV series.

    The staff is super friendly but their planning needs a bit of refinement. On days when I drive my daughter into the city for school, it had become our tradition to stop at Bojangles for a biscuit. This last time (also her last day at this school) we waited almost 20 minutes after we ordered to get a single egg biscuit. We ended up being late for school. Again the staff was apologetic and friendly but running out of cooked eggs during the morning rush shouldn't be a thing.

    The customer service was great... everyone was very nice and respectful... but the skinny tiny chicken strips looked nothing like the fat juicy ones pictured

    Chicken was good, biscuit soft and fluffy, and the fries were hot! All you can ask for. I always get my tea mixed half sweet and half unsweetened so that I can enjoy!
