very polite and very good waitresses took very good care of us no problems there right away seating help with the elderly lady gave us senior citizen discount everything they were spectacular had a great visit there great food
This is a great atmosphere for relaxing and grabbing a bite to eat with the kids. They have many selections of kids' menu items. The Oldtimer with cheese is a regular menu item that I wish I had ordered without the mustard. There was a bit too much oil on the bun for my taste as well. It's great that they have Red Oak on tap, and they have several televisions at the bar area that feature sports.
I've become disgruntled towards this place my last few visits. In an overall bid to eat less red meat, I've been ordering chicken dishes and entrees here. I've come to realize that's my problem. They serve chicken that has been processed and then frozen. It's no better than the stuff in the Tyson bags at the grocery store. I don't even buy that stuff at grocery store prices.
Stick to the beef burgers and ribs, then you should be better off. They are probably frozen too, but they just hold up better.
Props for having at least a few craft beers on tap.
Waitress was friendly and helpful. She continuously asked if I needed anything and if everything was alright. The food came out hot and fresh. I will go back if I'm back in the area.
