Dickeys Barbecue Pit

Soooo tasty! Came here with a bunch of relatives for lunch. They don’t take reservations normally but set aside a table for our party anyways. Great customer service.

Barbecue comes with three sauce choices (Texas style not NC). Barbecue shredded pork was very tender and flavorful. I got the sliders and mac n cheese. Mac was pretty basic and could have been better. They had a drink machine with a gazillion options which was fun.

I ordered pulled pork and brisket meal with sweet tea through Postmates delivery. When I recieved the order I thought the pork tasted like chicken. Plus I did not get my sweet tea. I called the restaurant and the gentlemen that answered personally brought me my sweet tea and another order of pork and brisket. I showed the original order and he said it was pork. Since it was my taste buds that were off I offered to pay for the new order. He said no since they did forget my tea. Plus the food was good. The creamy spinach was awesome. I would recommend this place to eat.

We had a great experience at Dickey's. The food was tender and juicy. Could have done a little more smoke flavor but way above other BBQ places. Barry and his crew done a nice job. We be back next visit to NC.

Really great BBQ chain. Food is all on point, staff at this location is always friendly, and service is quick. Can't suggest it enough. Worth a visit!

Nothing.... nothing....touches Dickey's for the kind of food they do: smoked ribs, smoked brisket and pulled pork. This restaurant also has fantastic sides. I went with ribs, Cole slaw and onion rings.... everything was just fine. I had one rib that was the smallest end rib, kinda tough. They happily swapped it out for me and made it right.

Dining room is clean, plenty if seating, napkins, straws, plastic ware. You refill your drink yourself in the dining room, which I love.

When you are done, get your complimentary ice cream cone and finish the meal just right!!!

It's not fast food prices, but we're talking a big step up from fast food. I'll definitely be back for great, reasonably priced smoked meats!
