La Mexicanita II

First time at this place, as a mexican food connoisseur, I was expecting just another americanized "mexican restaurant" in the Raleigh area. Big surprise, authentic flavors, fresh, delicious and different types of salsas and hand made tortillas, took me back in my days living in mejico.

My 1st time I was amazed. Sense, it’s a hit or miss. Not to mention if You order To go, you get A mouth swish cup with one spoon of salsa. Enough to have 3-4 chips. Makes no sense!

Amazing and authentic food! They cook for you like you are family. Their pico and salsa are even top notch! Best sopes I’ve ever had.

This is a full service authentic Mexican restaurant...you can get most traditional dishes from tripe to fish...one big exception is the flour tortillas which are seemingly fresh....my steak burrito was tasty and full of meat...beans alittle dry but good...the restaurant seem very clean but the health score was 89 which is low...the rice milk was VERY good... Overall they ate a good pick from I see thus far and would recommend...I plan to return...
