Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

The food is standard Bojangles food, it's hit or miss, honestly. Sometimes the staff couldn't care less of you're there or not. It's probably because they aren't paid enough to deal with the general public. Pay your employees more. They're your best asset.

Pulled pork!!! The manager was amazing. She let us try a sample of the pork. So juicy and delicious. We really appreciated the staff!

Excellent location and service. Parking space was good. Very busy, we were able to order food quickly and continue on our way. Staff members were very professional and made eye contact. Courteous and friendly.

This was our first visit to a Bojangles. The first thing I noticed was how well all of the employees did their job and worked as a team. The restaurant was spotlessly clean inside and out. The chicken's taste took me by surprise because of the hot sauce used in preparing it. A pleasant surprise because it really flavored up the chicken. The biscuits were fabulous and the side dishes ably complimented the meal. My wife got the dirty rice as a side which we have never seen on a menu before. (We live in Ohio). My Christmas wish this year will be that Bojangles starts building their restaurants in northeast Ohio!
