Sagebrush Steakhouse

We visited Sagebrush as a surprise birthday dinner for me. We ordered the onion petals and firecracker fries as appetizers, I had the triple b burger which was outstanding, my mom had the sweet water salmon with the fruit melody, and my son had the chicken tenders and mac n cheese as entrees. The staff were friendly, the server was fantastic, and the restaurant was very clean.

The wait staff were very friendly and Informative. Our steaks were a perfect medium and they were tender, tasty and juicy. If we lived nearby we would definitely eat there again.

Food was very good. Steaks cooked well. Salad was fresh. I did take off one star due to service that was lacking. No drink refills even after we asked twice.

After a full day of snow tubing we stopped here on our way out. The food was better than expected and the waitress was top notch. She took great care of us, entertained my daughters with jokes and stories and delivered a birthday surprise to my youngest which made her night. We had a great visit with good food and fun. Next time I'm in Boone we may stop in again.

I ordered the spiced cider, BBQ Trio, and my sides were fries and green beans. Everything was cooked to perfection. The waitress was professional, fast, and personable. The best thing about it was of course the Reds and the second best would be the bread.
