(March 20, 2019, 5:29 pm)I've driven right past the Blue Ridge Diner many times and never found the time to go in and today that was proven to be a mistake. I set out to eat lunch there for the first time and I'm happy I did. I had the special, country fried steak with gravy, mashed potatoes and black-eyed peas. The portion was huge, almost too much, the steak was crispy and tasted great. The peas were seasoned right and even the coffee was strong and good tasting. All in all, this will be repeated as often as it can be.
