My father even dropped some of his food and it was replaced with new food by one of the observant employees, for free, so that was awesome! Five stars!

(April 13, 2019, 8:56 am)It was a rainy afternoon with an almost completely filled parking lot. I used the drive up window. This was my first time. The Cook Out I purchased my food from was extremely busy, but the staff were expediting the food very quickly. I managed to mess up the order of course. They were very quick at helping me sort it all out. Upon getting home I was missing one regular fry and onion rings. I checked the receipt and I did order and pay for them. I didn't even worry myself about it, after all they had already worked hard to help me get it right. No ugly faces involved, just a smile with the help of getting it right. Guess What, THE FOOD WAS GREAT ????
