LongHorn Steakhouse

One of the best steaks I've had in awhile. Perfectly grilled medium rare, well spiced and tender and very flavorful. The fried pickles were excellent. I had the Cowboy Ribeye 18oz bone-in. Much like a Tomahawk steak. Sure beats the Texas Roadhouse across the street. Will definitely go back for the Cowboy. Not too impressed with the signature side of asparagus. Very fibrous after the 1st half of the top end. Will go for the spinach side next time. Overall very good experience.

The service was awesome. It was much quieter than the Texas Roadhouse across the street. The food was delicious and reasonably priced.

It's a good. place to eat. Not a big fancy place. They have great prime rib though. The parking lot needs work but it sits in a mall parking lot so I guess that's why it like that. Overall it not a 4 star restaurant but it's worth the money you spend there.

We arrived in a group of 11 and didn't wait long to be seated. We had 1 waitress who was also working at least 2 other tables. She was pleasant and relatively attentive but quite rushed.
To her credit our orders were correct but the steaks were not cooked to order and the food was barely room temperature. The salmon was excellent - cooked perfectly and delicious. The ribs were falling off the bone and tasty. Steamed broccoli was wonderfully crisp.
We were offered dessert but no one bothered to clear any dishes from the table. Our graduate had a yummy looking cheesecake but it was sitting among the clutter of dirty dishes, bags, and takeout containers UGH!
They don't seem to handle groups well.

Messed up steak 3 times! By the time they finally cooked a medium well steak (without steak bathing in blood) for my fiancee, I'd completed my meal. The manager have is her meal for free, packed it up in a "to go" bag, and we left. How romantic that dinner experience was. To be fair and account for the 4 star rating, they are usually much better than that. I'll be returning!
