    Went through the drive thru. Everything was what I ordered and hot. No issues with drive thru assistant and they were very courteous.

    Consistently good (not great) chicken. Every now and then they are off, whether it be that they overcooked the grilled chicken and it's dry or even completely forgetting to put their chicken strips in a kids meal. The inside is always very clean, including the bathrooms, and the staff are always friendly.

    Customer service is still available in this establishment!
    Forgot to change my order to chips instead of fries, and they caught the kitchen in time and I got chips on my plate!
    This place has good food too. Just an FYI, be careful when you get your food, it will be hot! I warned you!
    I've been going to Zaxby's as a chain since the late '90's, and I've never had cold chicken. Unless it's on a Zalad!
    That being said, there is a sign that says: (paraphrased) "warning, Zaxby's is not a fast food restaurant, therefore your food will come out in due time."
    But when it does, it's well worth the wait. Always tastes fresh that way too.
    Try it, if you've never been, I think you will like it.
