Today, I finally made it to Chappy's Crepes and I was not disappointed in the least. I was personally greeted by the owner. He guided me through the menu and I settled on 2 savory and 2 sweet crepes.
Oh my word, they were all incredible. I got the turkey and roast beef crepes as well as an apple and peach crepe which fed myself, my mother, and my son. We are all stuffed.
Please make it a destination, it is worth the time!
I will be back.
I can’t believe that I’d been driving in this direction for years and didn’t know this super cute spot was here!
Today, I finally came by and met the owner, Diego, aka THE “Chappy”. He was so kind and an even greater host!
His crepe store has had the chance to expand and was super clean. It has a very laid-back vibe. He offers both sweet and savory crepes that have perfect portions and are really filling. I had the Chappy Dulce and it was so delicious with the sweet cream and mozzarella! Definitely my new favorite!!
In the photos I included, you can see the Chappy Dulce, as well as the Chappy Berry (sweet), and Chappy Pesto (savory). Each one of them was great and I know I’m going to come back to try out the rest of the crepe lineup because they all sounded so good! Lol
They have lots of good indoor seating since expanding, and even more, the outdoor seating area around the corner was spacious, breezy with the ceiling fans, and spread out well. Because of the nearby flora and plants lining the area, large butterflies were fluttering about, which was cute. In the back left of the outdoor area, there’s even a little fenced-in dog run so you can chill with your pup. That said, the wait for the fresh crepes wasn’t very long at all and they were so good that they were gone just as fast, lol 😭👌🏾👌🏾
I ABSOLUTELY recommend it if you’re looking for a treat in a cozy spot to quietly study, hang out, and, of course, get some fluffy and delicious crepes on the weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun)!! It’s seriously underrated, y’all!!!🗣️🗣️
Chappy Crepes is an amazing place to get authentic crepes in Wilkes. Check out the new Chappy Roast crepe topped with passionfruit mustard. It’s delicious!
Chappy Crepes is one of our favorite places! He is so sweet and really quick to get the crepes out! It really underrated! We love the variety of the sweet or savory options! The prices are great and the food is amazing! Everyone should check it out! ❤️❤️
