We love Pinos! Whether we dine in or order carry out, the food and service is always great! Plus they have the best Ranch dressing ever!!!

I had the spinach calzone and let me tell you that crust and marinara sauce was freaking amazing.
Per the server the crust and marinara are all home made and no joke to die for.
Unfortunately my only issue was the cheese it had all the elements just was missing some flavor I'm really not sure what it was in all honesty .
I will be going back when I head back out to Wilson for work to try some of there other options.
Also another great part is when I walked in the door and was greeted with a small and a big hello.

Been to this restaurant 2 times in the same week, tried chicken gyro one day and a lunch special pizza the 2nd time, both food and service is awesome, cant just describe how good the pizza was, so soft with correct blend of everything and the cheese just melting in your mouth, the garlic dip was fresh as well. two slices where almost equal to half a medium pizza. Definitely recommended to any Italian food enthusiast around Wilson.
