Smithfield's Chicken &BBQ

I really enjoyed my visit to Smithfield's Chicken & BBQ. The restaurant Manager was extremely helpful as was the rest of the staff. I loved the atmosphere, the food was absolutely delicious and filling. There was ample parking, the very large dining area was comfortable, clean and inviting. The time from placing my order to receiving my order was about 2 minutes tops which impressed me. I especially loved the classic oldies playing on the overhead speaker, all-in-all top notch all together. I've made this place my go-to chicken and bbq spot.

Went to get a BBQ sandwich, I asked for it plain, but it wasn't. The order taker even repeated it back to me. So no blame on her. It had to be the ones in the kitchen. Surprisingly the fries were fresh. How to improve, please pay close attention to the customers detailed request on how to prepare the food.

Great, fast, tentative, accommodating service! We were there for a last minute family gathering and decided we needed chicken! They were fast and provided service with a smile!

This place is really awesome. The customer service is amazing! The food is awesome as well.

The minute I stepped in the bathrooms were a little dirty. But the place itself was 100% clean. Kim was so generous and made sure we got our order right. And Robert was GREAT!!! He attended each one of his customers and gave refills. Jim I’m assuming is the head manager and he was kind as well. Everyone here is welcoming and the food is fresh!! Definitely would be coming back.
