Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

Line was considerably long and the staff, however pleasant, did not seem compelled to work proficiently or together to better serve the patrons. I got the feeling that minimalistic effort was status quo. I was not impressed.

Great food..Need another location in Selma/Smithfield, NC, area because so many people here love it and go practically every day!!

Was there with my Grandson. Would be given 5 stars but they were out of chicken legs which my Grandson had asked for. Also the one preparing the order wasn't very friendly when I told Her no gravy on his mashed potatoes. Which she had already put on them.

I like Bojangles, but I especially like THIS Bojangles location. Everyone there is always very helpful and friendly. Their tea is pretty good too! Just sweet enough without being overly sweet. They even put in a piece of lemon without me having to ask. That was a nice surprise.
