Chili's Grill & Bar

Chili's ended up being my alternative for a late night grab since I couldn't get to Moe's before they closed. The restaurant wasn't packed but had a small crowd. The lay out was unique compared to other Chili's I'd dined in. It was more of a large open room with the seating arranged in such a manner that the bar was visible from any seat. Every table could be seen from any seat as well rather than having a layout where each area was sectioned off separately. I was a little thrown off by this as it was not what I was accustomed to, yet it grew on me eventually. The food we ordered was the chicken fajitas. The appetizer was chips and salsa with guacamole dip. Everything was delicious and we couldn't eat all of it. The food had come to the table sizzling hot and fresh. Our server was a real sweetheart who went above and beyond. She embodied good ol' southern hospitality. Payment was quick and easy via electronic register at the table. With the little payment tablet you could go ahead and add your tip. It was such a pleasant experience, which left both my sister and I impressed. The only minor issue I had was it was freezing in there and a little hard to get comfortable. I'd definitely recommend this eat in for the great service and food. I didn't get my Moe's but this was an excellent alternative. ⚡⚡⚡
