FUJI Steakhouse & Sushi bar

I cannot say how much I love this place. I have eaten at sushi restaurants all over this country. This place is by far the best, and it is reasonably priced. I love this place. It's a shame I live half an hour away, because I would eat her more often. I have friends that love sushi and friends that do not care for it, and I have brought them all. I have friends who have never liked it, and Fuji has brought a new love into their eyes.

I will always, always, recommend this place.

Still great quality, tasty sushi as always, at a reasonable price. Quick service when you walk-in and place your to-go order, unless they're dealing with a full dining room, but even then you won't wait more than 10-15 minutes for a 2 roll order. Some of the staff could be a bit friendlier, but I over look that since I generally get take-out.

The server was great. She was very friendly and attentive. We never were left wondering where she was or when we could get our drinks refilled. The food was rather disappointing, though. The soup was Bland, not savory at all. I honestly would not have known what it was, in a blind taste test. Also, the Arnold Palmer drinks had the same issue. It was really hard to tell what we were drinking, had we not known before hand what we were being served. It was just difficult to identify any lemon or tea flavor; rather it just tasted like sugar water. The sushi rolls were not that great, either. The rice didn't seem quite as fresh as I am accustomed to, and the flavors were just very non-descript. If I were rating the our server alone (red head), I would give her 5 stars easily, but the food simply missed the mark.
