    I asked for a cajun flounder combo and when I got home, I looked in my box and it had chicken strips instead. I tried calling several times but no one would answer the phone. This the second time that this place had incorrectly screwed up my order! The employees and the manager need to double check orders to ensure their customers receive what they ordered!

    My spicy three pieces was very greasy. The grease soaked through the 4 set of napkins than was in my chicken box. My spicy chicken did not taste spicy. My mash potatoe and gravy was very loose and not tasteful at all. The lemonade tasted like lemon water. I was disappointed in this Popeyes.

    The 20-minute wait was worth it when my hubby and I got our fresh and hot 9-piece box!! The handful of hot sauce packets were also an added bonus. Glad to see each associate wearing their mask for all of our safety!! 😷
