    Stopped and got a number two no cheese. The burger had cheese on it. I had to drive back to the McDonald's. When I got there the manager replaced my order and gave me a coupon for a free meal for next time. I went back the next day to get my free meal and ordered a number 1. When I got home and opened the bag the big mac did not have anything between the first layer. I again drove back to mcDonalds's. They replaced the big mac only and said they were sorry. I called the complaint number and got no response. Why have the number of you do not answer? McDonalds should care more for their customers like Burger King and other places do.

    This is the best McDonald's I've ever been to. Great prices good food AMAZING management team and the crew are super friendly.

    Hey guys,I know you guys are busy sometimes. but this time it was pretty slow I still got pulled up to wait for my food after sitting at the order screen like 3 minuets waiting for someone to take my order I had to drive up to the first window to give my order cause no one ever knowledge me. So then she tells me the outer screen is not working OK put a freaking sign up so people not sitting out there like a idiot.so then I asked for two packs of ketchup and one pack of mayonnaise I didn’t get any mayonnaise I ordered a large fry I got a large container but more like a medium fry and it was barely to the curve front part of the box, I get that much with a medium fry!!! for now on I will sit there and check it if it’s not full I will send it back it’s kind a like you stole my money I paid for large got a medium. Other than that you guys were nice. Oh by the way after sitting out waiting for my food you would expect hot and crispy fries they were not hot at all

    I give the food, timely manner in which is was served 5 stars. The sheer lack of customer interaction and The so called " Southern Hospitality" 1 star. I'm not a fan of the kiosks

    Ordered 2 chicken biscuits. Had to wait because they were "making them fresh" waited for 20+min. Biscuits hard and dry and had a McChicken patty on them instead of buttermilk chicken
