    They need to get they stuff together if they are not catering that day expect great service if they are sorry

    This Papa John's used to be much better. When I arrived to get our pizza's I was informed that one was made wrong and they had to remake it. Which was fine, it happens. The manager on duty who informed me, then turned and walked away leaving me to stand there to guess how long it would take, she didn't apologize, offer a discount, coupon or anything-she just walked off. When it was ready she just handed me the boxes and that was it. There were 5 people in there working and maybe if they weren't talking so much (and not about orders) then the pizza would've been made correctly. No leadership, just a bunch of "kids" who really don't seem to care. I guess it's time to find another pizza place.

    They never seem to get their act together. I have called in an order and apparently they lost it when I arrived to pick it up. Another time, the price changed between calling and picking it up. Nice enough people, but seemed to be overwhelmed.
