Probably the best service and best quality food of any McDonalds I've been to.

Long line in drive thru, got to window & had to wait on my food. Sweet tea was disgusting, root beer was out, they forgot food & sauce for nuggets. The workers were nice.

As a Lima native, who has lived here all but four of my years; I’ve enjoyed eating at this McDonald’s many times. All McDonald’s locations are relatively fast, and this location is no exception. The landscape on all McDonald’s around the city are always kept clean & inviting as well. As far as cleanliness goes, the inside is as tidy as the outside. The food at this restaurant is always hot too. Which I’m sure I’m not alone in my need for hot fries. Of all fast-food places, McDonald’s has the worlds best fries. The perfect combination of crisp yet soft, salty and savory. Their fries are so good, if you forget to get ketchup, if doesn’t even matter. The reason I shorted them a star is because often the staff, especially at the drive thru tend to not check the orders very well. Several times we have arrived home, only to discover we either didn’t receive all of our order, or we were given the wrong items. Which if energy prevails, and I drive back there, they politely fix. Unfortunately, I usually am going through a drive-thru when energy is too low to cook, thus the energy is too low to worry about going back to have it corrected. All in all however, I highly recommend this McDonald’s. Just remember to check your order.
