Lock Sixteen Steakhouse

Good food. Service is a little slow for being the only people there late at night. One of the people cleaning acted like they were intoxicated. Even our waitress was asking them if they were ok. But other than that, the place was good.

I visited Lock 16 with my mother. They have great customer service. Their food is scrumptious very seasoned and textured. I tried the Alfredo it came with fresh Parmesan cheese two large chicken breast and plenty of alfredo sauce. It tasted homeade. I will be back again

Food was excellent. An a scale of $ to $$$$, I would give it $$$. My wife ordered a salad that had Mandarin oranges, nuts, and steak (on the salad), and water. I had a Monterey chicken (single pieces), side salad, steamed veggies, and a diet Dr. Pepper. Total bill was just shy of $30.

The other oddity is that we had a 15 minute wait but there were plenty of tables available. I know some restaurants intentionally space out the seating of customers to give kitchen staff a consistent prep/delivery, but turning over tables is better for wait staff.

Really good and plentiful food with a nice wait staff. Prices were very fair for both the quantity and quality of the food. Neat, historical decor related to the Wabash and Eerie Canal. Overall, a nice local steakhouse that was enjoyed by the whole family.

Their french onion soup is the best I've ever had. They have delicious chicken, sea food, and steak. I have yet to have something bad here. Service is always good. They have s good selection of alcoholic drinks too.
