    They always keep their bathrooms really clean and I probably been to at least 40 different locations all over the country

    Service is decent. Bathrooms could be cleaner. The staff is really friendly. It is can be a pain getting out of the parking lot during peak times.

    Only thing I'd change about pilot is service for truck drivers. I'm always in a hurry, we're always on the clock and time is always running out. If you had a cashier for fuel and scale. And another for just stuff we're getting then that would be awesome!!
    Also if PJ was really fresh. I mean how much money did they spend to make it look like it's on a stove top, but not really?
