    Dinner hibachi was delicious. Clear soup and miso soup was great as well. My son had sushi and he said it's some of the best he's had. Server was nice, we will return again.

    The hibachi was good and the portions are big- kind of like an upscale shrimp fried rice. Not really our type of atmosphere as I'm happier in a sports-themed place with a game on the TV, and no foreign music playing- but this place is a nice option if you're a fan of Japaneze food or just something different. Give it a try.

    My husband and I dined in opening day. Service was very friendly and responsive as well as swift. The food was cooked well and came out in a timely manner. The miso soup was flavorful and authentic. The experience was all around one of our better dine in experiences and we will be likely frequent customers.

    Edamame was a fantastic dining experience. The service was quick and the server was polite. The hibachi was flavorful and well cooked. I also tried the sushi which tasted fresh and delicious. I definitely recommend giving it a try, and my wife and I will absolutely be returning. Edamame looks to be a great fit for Ashland.
