Gionino's Pizzeria, llc

I bought a deluxe pizza at Marcos and a deluxe at Gionino's in the same week ,pretty much the same price both had good topping's But Marco's barely had any sauce . Gionino's is my go to Pizza place

Food is great service is too. Very loud background while ordering made things difficult. Asked about specials was told no specials tonight. Unsure why that was but it seemed odd. Most other pizza joints have them. Ordered anyway to try the new place in town.

Don't need to eat at this specific location to know how good their food and service is. Just found out about this location and can't wait to order some pizza. Until now the best we had in Ashland was papa John's as far as pizza goes now we have gioninos a true American Italian classic!!

Pizza is really good, but odd customer experience with ordering and picking up food.

When I called to order, it was very loud in the back and the staff taking the order kept suggesting they couldn't hear me. Not a great sign, but no other way to order than just showing up so managed to get the order out while shouting at the phone.

Showed up and as you may have guessed the order wasn't totally right but at that point too many hungry people to wait on fixing or doing something else. Pizza was still great, just not what was ordered.

Need to fix phone or ordering setup as the person in front of me even showed up to pickup the order and the name was wrong and staff joked that that happened a lot because they couldn't hear the name on the phone correctly.

Also very odd when I asked for my receipt it was a whole ordeal. The staff has immediately thrown away the receipt copy after transaction and they couldn't find it after throwing it away when I asked for it. Then it took a minute or two to go back through orders and print the receipt. Just odd.

Pizza is great, but definitely working out the kinks in the order/customer service side.

If you have not tried this pizza place, I highly recommend! Not only is the food great but the customer service is amazing! I ordered tonight with one of my individuals with disabilities, after the pizza was rung up by who I am assuming was the owner, my individual asked about salad. I told her sorry we already paid. When we came back to get our order he had made her a large chef salad with their homemade italian dressing. It was delicious! More importantly, he made her feel special! ❤ He definitely made her night! Thanks for great customer service and delicious food!!!
