The perch was very good, meatloaf was on the sweet side if you like it that way. Onion rings we're fantastic. Service was on the poor side although they were trying hard. We will try again after giving some time to work the kinks out.
We went to the Mifflin Inn last week for dinner. Food was fantastic and the service was great. I ordered the Perch Dinner, which was cooked perfectly! Our meals were so good, we had to come back two days later to try their breakfast. The breakfast service was quick and the food did not disappoint. I highly recommend the Corned Beef Hash and the Monte Cristo breakfast sandwich. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of food offered. New owners did a great job with renovations. They have created a very nice atmosphere. Looking forward to warmer weather and enjoying some drinks on the new patio!
I’ve tried the “new” Mifflin Inn three times. Food and great, the place is super clean and the remodel was very well done.
The menu is teeny tiny print and the service is slow. On two of the three occasions I’ve asked for drinks from the bar. The first time I requested a mimosa and the bartender said “what’s that?”. The second time we were told there was no bartender and they would try to find someone to make us a drink. Finally someone comes out and she was very nice but she kept telling our party how she had no idea how to make drinks and kind of complained the entire time about it. I saw two different groups of people walk in and walk out from lack of service.
I hope they get the bugs worked out because overall the food and the atmosphere are great.
Very clean restaurant, so nice to see some of the changes they have made . Service was good and friendly, felt like the servers liked their job. The only things I saw that maybe could be changed is the menu, the print way to small and the prices are a bit high, two side salads and two cups of soup came to almost $17. Only had water to drink. All in all very nice! Wouldn't be somewhere I'd go weekly because of prices but for special occasions, I visit again.
The Mifflin Inn being an old favorite. We were happy to see them re open. New owners have totally renovated With a new kitchen and new dining Room. The wait staff was kind and courteous. The food came out fast it was delicious with good prices also. Can't wait to go back for breakfast.
