Mary's Kitchen

Mary's kitchen has been around since about 1946, located in Geneva-on-the-Lake, it is off the main strip and has a very simple walk to enjoy the lake. They have excellent homemade food. You do not need to order extra portions, because they give you plenty of food to eat. They also have pies and other desserts.

I picked Mary's Kitchen for my Father's Day brunch this year. They were busy as expected for a highly rated eatery. We ordered the two cinnamon buns first and they were very fresh and tasty with a cup of hot coffee. For the main breakfast, my wife was raving about the corned beef hash. The server (Kesley) took great care of us as she saw the eggs didn't come out of the kitchen as ordered. The correctly cooked eggs (over easy) were out in minutes. I had Mary's Country 3 Egg Omelet. Again, it was prepared excellently and served hot. The place was very friendly with lots of families enjoying the place. I highly recommend if you want some great home cooking comfort foods.
ProTip: Mary's is a busy place with a small parking area just off GOTL main street. Best bet is to park on the main road and take the short walk down New Street.

Off the main strip on a quiet street. Sat on front porch and ate breakfast looking at the lake. Cheap prices for delicious homemade breakfast. Wait staff was very friendly. Will be back next time we're up there.
