Starbucks

Went in for the first time today and was extremely impressed by the barista working there. She was so polite, friendly, and informative. She went over and beyond for me and my husband and she deserves recognition but unfortunately I missed getting her name. It was on Aug 6 at 4:40pm. Give her a raise!

The baristas here are always so nice and helpful. I come here a bit too often for my wallets sake, but the smiles and friendly attitudes always make it worth it. My beverages are always tasty and delicious, and the grilled cheese is not to be missed. Those things are better than I can make at home, and I'm no slouch in the kitchen.

Fast, friendly service goes the cliche, but it's true here. Seldom a wait even when they're busy. Only complaint is the seating, for two reasons. There isn't enough, and unless you score a padded booth back seat on the West wall, the wooden chairs seemed almost designed to encourage you to drink up and get out. Some of the most uncomfortable chairs I've ever sat in. I told an employee that when they first opened but there they sit. Pun intended. Anyway, when the line is almost out the door at Donkey Coffee, it's a short walk down the hill to Starbucks for quicker service for a good cup of coffee.

If you have Tim, you're well taken care of. HE IS THE MAN! This is like a Starbucks commercial; Tim embodies the brand and not only embodies it but creates a positive atmosphere for clients and co-workers alike.
