Great atmosphere, great food, great service!
Had no wait for a table even though it was the dinner rush!
My only note is the food could have come a little bit faster but it was so busy I can't really complain.

The best Mexican we have had in along time. So good. Clean and very friendly. They have updated interior and the food was top notch. Go check it out. I got a vegetarian entree.

Gran Ranchero never fails to disappoint. In my opinion, this is the best Mexican restaurant in Athens. It's not the best Mexican food ever and I'm sure many connoisseurs of Mexican food would recognize that this isn't even close to authetic. The service is authentic and genuine though. The food is always hot, out quick, and tasty. My personal favorite dish is enchiladas banderas, which uses three different sauces to cover the enchiladas.

Always get the same meal, and love their frozen margaritas, recommend the peach and the strawberry. I eat here pretty regularly and my friends and I have noticed that the food in general, has been extra salty lately, don't know whats up.

Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Staff are friendly and fast. Very busy night with a very short wait for seating, ordering and food to table. Will recommend.
