Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

First time to come alone with my 11 month old granddaughter for breakfast. She is a very busy little girl so she needs entertained. Our waitress picked up on that and brought Kassidy's pancake out way before my order was done. I REALLY appreciated her insight! The food was delicious too! Kassidy was happy with her pancake until she saw my food so then I had to share!

Always like Cracker Barrel Old Country Store. Always good food and service. Very good place to rest and shop. They have rocking chairs outside to sell and to rest your feet.

Service is medium. Usually good food. Must have a new cook. Was served uncommonly greasy bacon and sausage this morn. Sausage was raw in the middle. Food is usually good just not today so beware. Check your food.

The food is always good, but it's the service that varies from location to location. This particular location the service was lacking a bit. The highchair out toddler was seated in was so loose and unstable that it was rocking side to side with every move she made and the server actually joked that it might be time to retire the chair yet didn't provide a new one for my child. Our food was not staged properly so our salad and entree came out together and our sides came out late and cold resulting in no room on the table. We had to ask several times for refills because our server kept forgetting to get them. Otherwise, it was clean and everyone was nice.

Only reason I'm giving it a four instead of a five is because initially I purchased a figurine. The clerk went to get one from the back (only display models out in the store) and brought me the box. When I got home the figurine wasn't in the box. When I called they were super nice. I went in the next day and the manager replaced my empty box and was one of the nicest people I've had the pleasure of meeting in customer service. Would not hesitate to go back despite the original mistake.
