Food was good. Would have been better if we'd have received our whole order.

Good prices but they did not give any butter and honey packs. Chicken is good but thighs are cut scrawnily. Biscuits are very good. They can be reheated in microwave oven even several days later. Just wrap them in a paper towel and reheat at a medium setting for 10 secs for each biscuit. Then put butter and honey on them.

Consistency is key. Also, humility would be appreciated. My mother fell in love with the boneless wings. She erroneously thought that they were nuggets. When we left Hobby Lobby, we popped over and she stated she wanted the $5 "nugget" meal. The cashier nastily explains "they have NEVER carried nuggets and didn't have any idea what she was referring to". She was hurt and embarrassed. Someone else came over the intercom right after, and kindly asked, "I think you are referring to the $5 boneless wing box, correct ma'am"? She perked up and stated yes. When we got to the window, no apologies were made, but I hope the employee undergoes some type of soft skills training. I've worked in Fast Food so getting in a tizzy because someone mistakes food is a waste of energy.
