Applebee's Grill + Bar

We had the most fantastic bartender. She always remembers our drinks and never lets our drinks get low without asking if we are ready for another. She is the entire reason we come back.

I ordered one of the main entrees off their current promotional menu and it was one of the best meals I've ever had from Applebee's and the service was really good! Mackenzie was our server, she was great and attentive. Would gladly go again!

I ordered food a month ago from here. It wasn't ready when I arrived, but I didn't mind waiting the extra 15 min or so. However, I was disappointed when I got home. My 4 cheese mac n cheese with honey pepper chicken tenders barely had any, if at all, the 4 cheese sauce, which is the best part to me. I posted a picture of my order and a picture of what it is supposed to be from their site to compare.

Excellent food. Great service. Love the ambience. But they always keep it too cold there. Uncomfortably so.

We had an AWESOME waitress...don't remember her name...but...her manager told us that she was a new hire...when I told him just how awesome she was...She was very attentive to us and all her tables...between my son and I...she got a little over $ 10.00 in tips...I personally gave her $ 7.00...
We both have worked in retail for about 15 years...and we know what good customer service is...and she definitely has it...
