Donatos does great! The food is wholesome food, definitely great for the whole family and friends. They’re deliveries get backed up a little bit over the weekend, which is totally understandable because those are their busy days. Even through all of it, they always make sure that your food is fresh and hot when it arrives to you. If there has been any issues they have always tried to resolve them through their policy of credits and sending brand new food to you if something is messed up. It’s all about satisfaction to the customer. If there has been any unresolved problems 1-800-Donatos is the place to call with issues and they usually take care of them.

Delicious flavor and reasonable price at $15 for a large pepperoni with onion and extra sauce. Thin crust was good but not as good as Domino's, which is also cheaper. I did not care for the square-cut pieces. I prefer wedges; otherwise, a good value. Nice rewards program via their app, too.
