    They need to bake their pizzas a bit longer. I get doughy pizzas that are uncut all the time. Plus a little more cheese is needed. I like their flavor. Would pay more for better quality. Miss the old lil caesars

    I work here as a dough maker. We have new management and are beginning to get things under control again. To those who have had a bad experience, try giving us another chance within the next month or so. I promise you'll have a different outlook. I can only vouch for first shift but there's a huge change already in progress. I will say I believe the company should possibly incentivize things to give workers more of a drive to do better because I know some who are still at minimum wage after 2 years with the company. That's unacceptable. Other than that, I love my job
