    I will never eat at any ???? restaraunt again. Chipolte fell off. H????T HEAD my new spot for life.

    We had three buy one get one coupons from a Cincinnati Cyclones game. We're a large family so we would have has to make three different transactions according to the coupon. The HotHead employees were extremely helpful, patient, and polite with all of our orders especially with our special needs children. They put everything on one bill and made the payment process painless. The food was excellent as always. Thanks for providing tremendous customer service! We will be back!

    Employees are friendly and they are generous with their portions which is always great. The food is delicious and not too expensive. The guy who rang out our order, Tim Hisey, was very friendly, helpful, complimentary, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. I really appreciate someone who is dedicated to their job and really care for their customers. I would highly recommend eating here, better than Chipotle in every way.
