TGI Fridays

The food was good but the service could have been better. It took us a half hour to get seated even though there was a lot of empty clean tables with know one at them.

This TGI Friday's is next to the West Chester Hospital in West Chester Ohio. I had serious back surgery last Tuesday and the hospital released me this evening. We decided to go a restaurant close by whose parking wasn't full. Friday's was it. My hubby left me in the car parked at the curb and went in to talk to the staff. When he came out, two young ladies held the doors for us and seated us as close to the doors as possible. Our service was swift and friendly, the food was tasty and plentiful, and a young man was playing guitar and singing songs from the 70s. It could not have been a nicer experience unless I'd been pain-free. And then, the young ladies cleared out the ladies room so my hubby could go in to help me. When we left, two young ladies carefully held the entry doors so we could leave safely. They could not have been kinder or more considerate.

I was pleasantly surprised at the food options. The appetizer platter was great. I recommend it for a casual family outing.

Good food, attention to detail, and a good selection of drinks. The waitstaff was friendly the food was good. The wait after being seated was more than expected but everything else was great.
