    It was fantastic the manager David was working by himself because his employees called off and he handled the rush with out a sweat I was really impressed and the food was great and the place really clean my family will be back great job David

    Think every other burrito place,. They are good and about the same price.. basically a good alternative to other places .... So a generic burrito place.

    I do not live close to this location but I was headed home and in a hurry yesterday and they were on my way home. I ordered online for the $6 burrito/bowl special and when I arrived, the food was ready 5 minutes before my scheduled time. Hands down, the bowls my husband and I received were the best Hot Heads we have had to date; and we visit Hot Heads frequently! I called today to thank the manager, David, and he was such a gentleman. I remembered picking my order up from him yesterday. So when you are in the area, check this location out. Super friendly folks who know how to cush what they do best! Thank you!

    I had never had hot heads until I moved to the West Chester area, but this place is about 5 minutes from my house and I ended up loving it! it's now a regular spot for myself! It personally beats chipotle and qdoba in terms of flavor and quality. the service at this location is generally good, and fast!
