Tim Hortons

I had a sausage,egg and cheese sandwich. It tasted good and fresh. Also tried the strawberry cheesecake donut which was good. I had actually ordered the muffin to take home but was given the donut instead. So points off for that mistake. That yaught me to check my order while still standing at the counter.

Love Tim Hortons. However, it's hard to get waited on. This has happened to my 87 yo father also. Which I really do not appreciate.

They need more workers in the morning, very busy. Several people left without ordering. I waited in line for 20 minutes to be waited on. Love Tom Horton's, don't like the long wait time.

It gets some stars for convenient location. There are too many old people there but like they can't ban old people sadly.

So the service is consistently bad. It is always slow. The items come out at different times not together like they should be. A lot of the problems here could be easily solved with new management and staff that have been properly trained.

I've been to good locations and I know for a fact that this location can do better
